Lets go to work!
There are only 2 requirements to being an Artist in the UNCIVIL network of talent in entertainment.
#1 You must be an artist able to work remotely, or within the NYC area. (Those artist include all actors, singers, dancers, choreographers, percussionists, hair stylists, make-up artist, Costume designers, film makers, photographers, video/music producer, Production crew, stage management, and directors.)
#2 You must be able to work on a creative team. (There are many moving parts to any production; each of which love and respect their craft)
In exchange, I have two things for you!
#1 You set your price! You tell me your lowest hourly rate, and I promise to only bring you the gigs that are worth your time and talent. (of course I will also send you gigs paying above your lowest rate! $$$)
#2 You keep 100% of your payment. (We take no agents fee, because our incentive is collaboration and possibility for future work for our artists.)
